LinkedIn. It is a professional networking site (not the place where pictures of freshman year keg stands are posted). It is a place to post your resume, keep in contact with former co-workers/supervisors/etc., and give props (or recommend) people who you think are good at what they do. This recognition in a public forum could be a great morale booster for overworked staff. Almost all of our development staff plus Dr. Bryan and a few other VHS-ers have linkedin profiles. Why shouldn't you?
